The Afghan Rug was well made, and was good value.
My only gripe would be the delivery - we weren't even made aware of the original delivery day so were not at home for the first delivery attempt....then having paid extra for morning delivery we eventually had to take a full day off work at short notice so as not to risk the rug being returned to the depot...
The contact at the Rug Seller was both apologetic and supportive but was unable to resolve this without the need for a day off and we received no gesture of goodwill for our troubles!
All in all a shame when the rug itself was just what we were looking for; and on balance I would certainly consider purchasing with the Rug Seller in future. - 03/07/2008 The RugSeller says: We do email a dispatch confirmation but this went to the Mr Tooley who was out of the country when the rug was dispatched so he did not receive our notification.
