Faulty Returns
If you find your order to be faulty, please notify us of this within 24 hours of receiving your item(s). If your order is found to be faulty, please contact us as soon as you notice any potential fault in advance of returning the item. Please fully complete the returns form enclosed with your order or write your name, email address, and order number on a piece of paper and include this within the re-packaged return. Please also give a brief explanation for the return. Please fully package your item(s) in heavy-duty materials and securely seal the package to protect it from dirt and damage in transit. Please note any returns which arrive back within our warehouse damaged due to use or transit will not be accepted. Once your return has arrived back within our warehouse, it will be inspected by our quality control team prior to resolving the issue.
Please bear with us for our Returns team to process your returned item and then process your refund. To help us with this process we please ask that you provide as much detail and information as possible on the faulty item received in the email you send us - which will help us to speed up your return.
