Price Match Policy

Here at The Rug Seller we are so confident in our product and services we offer a price promise to all our customers.

We are happy to refund the difference if you can find the same rug sold online elsewhere for less. Simply send us a link to the rug on the competitor's page and we will refund the difference to your original payment method within 7 days of your order.

To qualify, the item must be "like for like" — brand new, same colour, same quantity, and identical manufacturer reference number. The price comparison must include VAT and delivery costs to the UK.

We only match prices on UK-based websites with shopping facilities that are in stock and available for delivery — auction sites like eBay and marketplaces like Amazon are excluded.

The item must not be on sale or promotion. We can only accept one price match request per order and it cannot be combined with other offers. Please email customerservice@rugsdirect.co.uk within 7 days of your order being placed.
