Maija Isola laid the foundation for Marimekko as a print house. When Armi Ratia banned flower patterns at Marimekko, Isola rebelled and painted a complete collection of graphic, pop-art-inspired floral fabrics. Among them was Unikko, which has been continuously printed since its launch. The all-over floral design comes in a light beige colourway, with a textured finish. Unikko has been tufted with the finest pure new wool yarn to create a thick and soft pile.
